1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on the Gabo Baby LLC website ("Gabo Baby," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All Gabo Baby products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Since each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, incorrect shipping information, or change of mind. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or processed.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Since all products are made to order, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at gabobaby29@gmail.com.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, text, and other content appearing on this website are the property of Gabo Baby LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

6. Product Appearance

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and designs. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, printing processes, and manufacturing tolerances. Minor variations are not considered defects.

7. Product Use

Our phone cases are designed for adult use. Any references to infant visual development relate solely to the printed design and do not change the intended use of the product. Our products are not toys and should not be given to infants or children for play.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gabo Baby LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, customs delays, production delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Gabo Baby LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
